Watch: Rado HyperChrome Automatic Chronograph

Hello everyone!

Today I’m thrilled to share with you some very exciting news: my latest collaboration is with Rado!

Rado is a globally recognised brand famous for innovative design and its visionary use of revolutionary materials to create some of the world’s most durable watches. This famous Swiss watch brand has always had a pioneering spirit, with the philosophy “if we can imagine it, we can make it” still holding true today.

Using only the finest high-quality materials, Rado focuses on hardness, scratch resistance and durability for its watches. Lightness and wearer comfort are also key features.

Key milestones in Rado’s impressive history include the brand’s first scratch-resistant watch in 1962, its status as one of the first watch companies to use high-tech ceramic in the 1980s and the injected monobloc high-tech ceramic case. Rado is also known for its pioneering use of plasma high-tech ceramic which has a unique metallic shine without using any metal. It’s no surprise that Rado is known as the Master of Materials.

Rado’s unique approach to design has been recognised with numerous prestigious international design awards and the brand collaborates with leading designers from different areas of design on some of its collections. Rado is dedicated to design and works with some of the world’s most important design fairs. The brand also runs its Rado Star Prize competition around the world to support up-and-coming designers, giving them a platform to show their work.

Style and substance are of equal importance at Rado. That’s why I’m so excited by this collaboration.

Buying a Swimsuit
Total Look: Pepe Jeans

Total Look: Pepe Jeans

Swimsuits are, relative to a lot of menswear, forgiving garments to shop for. You don’t need an absolutely perfect tailored fit, so long as the suit stays up when you dive in (and most have a cord at the waist to help with that).

You are likely to only have one or two swim garments in your wardrobe at a time, so it’s worth finding ones you really like.

Men who are planning on hitting up beach parties and crowd scenes need to be a little pickier. And businessmen who may end up in the spa or hotel pool with co-workers and business partners have their own special concerns. Ask yourself:

Are you trying to impress anyone? If not, stop worrying. Wear whatever is comfortable and works for you.

Are you trying to look professional? Conservative (but not exaggerated) length, conventional styles (trunks or square-cuts), and dark, solid colors or restrained stripes are for you. Navy blue with brass-colored grommets and white rope ties are always safe.

Do you want to look as good as you can? If so, you’ll need a cut that flatters your body type (see below), and a color and pattern that’s eye-catching without being ridiculous. Think stripes, plaids, bright solids, or some not-too-crazy floral patterning. Larger men should avoid close-cut styles like board shorts, despite them being in fashion.

These questions will affect the color, patterning, and cut you decide to go with. My choice is this Pepe Jeans swimsuit and shirt that really flatters my body and express my personality.

Mercedes-Benz Revamps the G-Class With Stainless Steel
mercedes-benz-g-class-stainless-steel-1.jpg

First revealed in January at the Detroit Motor Show, the Mercedes G-Class has been showcased in an assortment of different high-end makes, including the all-red “Night Package” and murdered-out Edition 1. Following the other drool-worthy reveals, this latest iteration is informed by stainless steel accents and enveloped in a cool-hued paint job.

Rear bumper detailing, sill protectors, door stripes, the spare tire carrier, and more are all executed in stainless steel, granting the car extra sturdiness and weather resistance. It’s not the only Mercedes-Benz model to feature the optional stainless steel treatment, but this is the first G-Class to offer the make. Fueled by a 4-liter twin turbo V8 and elevated by four-wheel drive, the SUV is friendly to both big city cruising and off-road exploration.

The G Class is already on roads now, with basic options starting at $123,600 USD. Most recently, Mercedes-Maybach revealed the safety symbol-projection feature of its 2019 S-Class.
