Bally Men’s Autumn Winter 2015 Collection

For Autumn Winter 2015, the menswear collection is influenced by the notion of an urban explorer and his effortless combination of old and new. The collection includes bold statement pieces in exotic skins teamed with classic staples, inspired by the retro aesthetic of film director Wes Anderson’s The Royal Tenenbaums. These include a sunflower-yellow ostrich rain mac, paired with a double breasted camel suit and full length weasel coat in rich amber tones, over a fine gauge cashmere turtleneck and wool canvas trousers.

Shoes this season consist of updated classics such as our hiking boots and ‘Heimberg’ sneakers in an array of colours. New additions are the ‘Oakwell’ hightops and ‘Tourist’ sandals, whilst The ‘Scribe Novo’ collection and Swiss moccasin offer more formal shoe options.

The Crescent Toile range of bags introduced in Spring Summer continues into Autumn Winter and includes the new Crescent Toile luggage set. A multitude of bags complete the collection and include totes, holdalls, portfolios and messenger bags to name a few, available in various leathers and exotic materials.

The undeniable style of icons such as Steve McQueen, Robert Redford and Peter Fonda is represented by chunky roll necks, tailored denim and a revisited motorcycle jacket in suede and grained leather. Jackets and coats have also been updated in supple leathers, the camouflage Crest print and lightweight materials for Bally’s take on retro sportswear. Throughout the collection, soft accessories like scarves are crated from a combination of lightweight fabrics and feature unique prints inspired by a mix of Bally’s heritage and near future.

Diesel SS15 Pre-Collection

Independent and anti-preppy, a gang of students at Diesel’s college inspire the Diesel Men’s Spring/Summer 2015 Pre Collection. The idea has led artistic director Nicola Formichetti to create one strong vision for men and women. Spun out into sub styles of Preppy RockTattoo andBlack Carpet, the lineup includes sporty logo jackets and sweaters, graphic embellished casual wear and a subversive take on classic evening wear. Diesel’s lifeblood, leather and denim are handled with new prints and washes in keeping with the brand’s ability to evolve and innovate.

Inspiration is all about student life on campus and off – maybe it’s about the people that never went to school, the college dropouts. The collection is an evolution of FW 2014, and Diesel’s DNA of denim, leather and military which is all present and combined with a strong pop and sporty look and colors,” Formichetti said.

H&M x Tomas Berdych “Tennis” Collection

Technology and a competitive edge are the themes of H&M’s new tennis collection, made in collaboration with Tomas Berdych. The collection, available in selected stores as well as online, draws inspiration from Samurai Culture and fractured mineral formations, using new technologies and materials for both function and style.

I love how this collection brings together fashion and technology,” says Tomas Berdych. “The basis of a good collaboration is being able to understand each other, to listen and to share objectives. I’m really pleased that our collaboration works so well.

Pieces include a heat reactive printed T-shirt, and a polo decorated with a fragmented mineral pattern. As well as shorts, tights and caps, there are also pieces for keeping warm off-court in the winter months, such as a transforming parka and technical warm-up pants. The collection is the latest in a long-term partnership between H&M and tennis player Tomas Berdych, currently ranked 7th in the world. Tomas wears H&M on and off-court, as well as contributes to the design of the collection with the team at H&M.
