BMW M4 Convertible 2015

BMW has debuted the upcoming 2015 M4 Convertible ahead of its worldwide premiere at the New York Auto Show. The convertible is powered by the same 3.0 liter, turbocharged inline six engine as its coupe counterpart but because of the additional weight from the folding metal roof and additional supports needed in the absence of a built-in roof. Regardless, the 425 horsepower engine will still propel the convertible from 0-60 mph in a blistering 4.6 to 4.2 seconds depending on the type of transmission chosen. No word on an official price yet but the M4 convertible will be available at BMW dealers later this summer in the states, followed by a worldwide release later in the fall.
