BMW X4 2015

Unveiled nearly a year ago in concept form, the BMW X4 is now a reality with a full-on production model on tap for the 2015 model year. Essentially a sportier, slantback version of the X3, the brand new X4 is set to be offered in two different versions for the American market: the $45,625 USD X4 xDrive28i – offering a 2.0-liter inline-four engine capable of 240 horsepower and 260 lb-ft of torque – and the more powerful X4 xDrive35i – powered by a 3.0-liter six-cylinder engine and offering 300 hp and 300 lb-ft of torque at a price of $48,925 USD. Both versions come with an eight-speed Steptronic sport automatic transmission and all-wheel drive. Inside, the vehicle offers BMW’s all-new iDrive Controller and central display along with red-trimmed leather seating, high-gloss black paneling, wood inlaid with aluminum, shift paddles, variable sport steering, and more. Announced at the Geneva Motor Show, the BMW X4 is set to make its public debut at next month’s New York Auto Show.
